Radovan Simic is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in supply chain management and digital transformation. Currently serving as the Director of Data & Digital at Bayer since November 2014, Radovan spearheads initiatives in analytics, automation, and process intelligence within the Product Supply EMEA organization. Previous roles include Product Flow & Sustainability Lead for CropScience EMEA SCM and various IT management positions. Concurrently, Radovan contributes to academia as a lecturer in Supply Chain Management at the University of Applied Sciences and Arts Northwestern Switzerland FHNW. With a Master of Science in Business Information Systems and a Bachelor of Business Administration from the same institution, Radovan has also held positions at Novartis, Manor AG, and EY.
