Ralf Kechter

Ralf Kechter is an experienced professional in electrical engineering and process control technology, currently serving as Principal Expert in Electrical Engineering at Bayer since January 2020. Prior roles include Head of Process Control Technology - Formulation at Bayer AG from July 2016 to January 2020, where Ralf led the Group Process Control Technology within the Engineering Department. Furthermore, Ralf held the position of Head of Electrical Power Supply at Bayer Technology Services from March 2012 to June 2016, focusing on electrical infrastructure and drive technologies. Earlier experience includes leading the Safety & Electrical group at Bayer MaterialScience from July 2004 to February 2012, and serving as Plant Manager for Electrical Supply and Process Control Technology at Bayer in 2004. Ralf began the career at Bayer de México, where Ralf headed the Process Control Technology and managed energy supply from August 2000 to December 2003.
