Ralf Weßling

Ralf Weßling is a professional in the field of biotechnology, currently driving the implementation of precision breeding at Bayer Crop Science. They previously served as a Global Regulatory Manager for Seeds & Traits at Bayer and have extensive experience as a management consultant at 3con Management Consultants GmbH. Ralf holds both a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Science in Biotechnology from RWTH Aachen and has conducted significant research at the Max-Planck Institute for Plant Breeding Research, where they earned their PhD and later worked as a PostDoc. Additionally, Ralf contributed to collaborative scientific efforts as a Guest Scientist at the Dana-Farber Cancer Institute.
