Ralph Schriver

Ralph Schriver possesses extensive experience in the field of engineering, particularly in the design, development, and commercialization of Class II medical devices. Since September 2013, Ralph has held the position of Head of Software Engineering at Bayer Pharmaceuticals, where responsibilities include expanding the Systems Engineering Department in support of significant new product development initiatives. Prior to this role, Ralph served as Senior Engineering Manager at Bayer HealthCare, overseeing the Advanced Development & Systems Engineering team. With a foundational career at Medrad, spanning over 14 years in various engineering roles, Ralph also contributed to academia as an Adjunct Professor of Engineering at Point Park University. Ralph holds a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Pittsburgh and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Point Park University.
