Ralph Simpson is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in category management, consumer insights, and brand strategy. Currently serving as the Head of Category & Insights at Bayer since May 2024, Ralph previously held several significant roles at Blackmores Group, including Category & Brand Experience Director APAC, Group Innovation Director, and Head of Consumer Experience from January 2018 to April 2024. Prior positions include National Business Manager - Woolworths and Head of Customer Marketing at Parmalat Australia (April 2012 - December 2017), and various leadership roles at Lion from November 2001 to March 2012, as well as experience at Kantar Millward Brown and The Coca-Cola Company. Ralph holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations and Affairs from the University of Sussex and studied International Relations at the University of Konstanz.
