Ravi Kumar is a seasoned professional in the agricultural sector with extensive experience in operations, strategy, and logistics. Currently serving as the Lead for Small Holder Farming at Bayer since September 2021, Ravi Kumar previously held multiple key positions at Mahindra Agri Solutions Limited from April 2018 to September 2021, including Head of Logistics, Procurement, Operations & Supply Chain, and Head of Business Planning and Strategy. In these roles, Ravi Kumar was instrumental in procurement and logistics for fresh grapes export, strategy formulation, opportunity identification, and risk assessment. Earlier experience includes leadership positions at Mahindra and Mahindra Limited, focused on dairy operations and new business development.
