Rex Eicher

Rex Eicher has a substantial background in project management and engineering, currently serving as the Head of Project Management & Engineering for Pharma & Consumer Health at Bayer since October 1999. Eicher's role includes managing multi-site investments to expand biologics manufacturing capabilities, specifically rFVIII, as well as overseeing major capital projects within Bayer Healthcare. Previous positions at Bayer include Technical Program Manager and Director of Project Management Healthcare, where Eicher contributed to significant initiatives such as a $100 million sterile filling facility. Prior to joining Bayer, Eicher held various engineering roles at Dynamic Engineering from 1991 to 1999. Education includes a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Purdue University and studies at Goshen College.
