Richard Bodnar

Richard Bodnar is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in information security and project management within the Bayer organization. As the Global Head of Information Security Engagement & Awareness at Bayer since May 2019, Richard leads initiatives to enhance cybersecurity awareness. Prior roles include Head of Information Security and U.S. Privacy Officer, as well as Director of North American Head of Information Security, where Richard emphasized compliance and operational security. Richard's early career included significant contributions to ERP strategy, compliance, and project management across various divisions of Bayer HealthCare and experience at Deloitte Consulting. Richard holds a B.S. in Industrial Management from Carnegie Mellon University and participated in a Business & Government Program at Georgetown University.
