Rika Sperling

Rika Sperling is a Sr. Regulatory Affairs CMC Strategist at Bayer AG, where they have been instrumental in global regulatory CMC strategy and submissions since 2007, focusing on biotechnology products and drug-device combinations. Prior to this role, Rika served as a Regulatory Affairs CMC Manager, overseeing strategies for both small and large molecules throughout clinical development and post-approval processes. They began their career at Schering AG as an RA CMC Manager, providing regulatory support for small molecules, and also gained experience in quality control during their time at Dragenopharm Apotheker Pueschl GmbH. Rika holds a degree in Pharmacy from Freie Universität Berlin, which they completed in 2005.
