Rita Zhong is currently the Regional Commercial Operations and Transformation Head for Bayer Consumer Health in the APAC and LATAM regions. Previously, they held various leadership roles at Bayer, including Chief of Staff to the President and Head of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion. Rita has a strong background in strategy and marketing, having served as a Strategy Manager and Marketing Lead within the company, and gained consulting experience at The Boston Consulting Group. In addition to their extensive professional experience, Rita is pursuing an MBA at Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management while also being an exchange MBA student at INSEAD.
