Ritva Lindgren is a Senior Clinical Study Manager who has accumulated extensive experience in clinical research. Ritva began their career as a study nurse and monitor at Orion Corporation from 1996 to 1998, followed by roles at Schering as a CRA and SCRA from 1998 to 2005. They then served as an SCRA and Project Manager at Premedic Oy from 2005 to 2015, before taking on various positions at Bayer from 2015 to 2017, including Study Lead Monitor and Senior Clinical Study Manager. Ritva is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Healthcare in Anaesthesia and Operating Theatre Nursing at Turku University of Applied Sciences, having already earned a Master's degree in Healthcare from the same institution.
