Rob Baas

Rob Baas is currently the Associate Director of Field Reimbursement at Bayer, where they have excelled as a four-time President Circle Achiever and three-time Rep of the Year. They began their career in sales at Lextron Animal Health and have since held various prominent positions, including Senior Oncology Representative and Oncology Specialist at Novartis and Bayer, respectively. Additionally, Rob has significant experience as a Senior Territory Business Manager at Biogen and as a Women’s Health Account Manager at Myovant Sciences. Rob is also pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Animal Sciences from Colorado State University.
