Robert Carruthers

Robert Carruthers is a Vice President of North America Talent Acquisition at Bayer, with a strategic focus on global talent acquisition and skills pipelining. Previously, they served as an Executive Director of Talent Strategy and Innovation at Bristol-Myers Squibb, where they led the global talent strategy for workforce channels. Robert has held senior positions at Johnson & Johnson, including Senior Manager of HR Reporting and Data Integrations, and has extensive experience in HR Operations Management, Workforce Analytics, and Contingent Labor. They are currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Earth Science and Geography at Clarion University of Pennsylvania.
