Rohit Sharma

Rohit Sharma is an experienced HR professional currently serving as Head of HR Services at Bayer since February 2016, where Rohit has developed HR strategies aligned with organizational goals and contributed to business transformation. Prior to Bayer, Rohit held various roles at Maersk Global Service Centres, including Migrations Lead and Relationship Manager for the Asia Pacific and Mediterranean Region, and was instrumental in managing cost-effective customer service migrations. Rohit also has a background in project management and program leadership through positions at Intelligent Computer Systems, TCS, Voltas Limited, Hewitt Associates, and Infosys, where skills in solution design and process transitions were honed. Rohit holds an Executive MBA in Strategy, Finance, and Organizational Behaviour from the Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow, and both a B.Tech in Engineering from Shivaji University and a Master in Science in Computer Information Systems from the University of Mumbai.
