Rohit Thadani is a performance-oriented, multi-lingual MBA professional currently serving as the Head of Planning for Crop Protection and Seeds at Bayer. With extensive experience in Supply Chain Management across South America, Europe, and APAC, Rohit has held various key positions, including Planning Manager at Syngenta and Project Portfolio Management Lead at Bayer Crop Science. Rohit completed an MBA at the University of Strathclyde and is currently pursuing further education at INSEAD’s Supply Chain Academy. Their career also includes roles at DHL and British American Tobacco.
