Rong Wang

Rong Wang is a Bayer Science Fellow specializing in protein production, formulation, characterization, and allergenicity risk assessment. With extensive experience in protein purification and characterization, Rong has led teams at companies including Bayer, Eli Lilly and Company, and Monsanto, focusing on high-quality scientific solutions and safety assessments for protein consumption. They are dedicated to collaborating with cross-functional teams and have a strong background in navigating regulatory requirements. Currently pursuing a Master’s degree at Iowa State University, Rong is committed to fostering talent development and empowering teams to achieve their potential.
