Roslyn Chua is the VP and Head of Customer Experience and Digital Farming Asia at Bayer Crop Science, and currently serves as a Board Member for COSMOS. With a background that includes various leadership roles at Bayer from 2014 to 2020, Roslyn has managed projects in consulting, strategy, and digital farming. They founded Healthlifestyle Inc. in 2005 and held brand management and marketing roles at HBC Inc., DHL Express, and UPS. Roslyn earned an MBA from the China Europe International Business School and a Bachelor of Science from Ateneo de Manila University.
