Roy Dohmen

Roy Dohmen is an accomplished professional in the agricultural sector with extensive experience in seed production and global production strategy. Currently serving as the Head of Seed Production for Region EMEA at BASF since August 2018, Roy has previously held the position of Global Production Strategy Manager at Bayer CropScience Vegetable Seeds, focusing on leafy, perennial, and pulse crops since October 2007. Roy’s career began with various roles including Global Production Manager and Production Manager, alongside training positions. Academic credentials include a Master's degree in Agricultural Business and Management from Wageningen University & Research and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Agribusiness from HAS Green Academy.
