Rupinder Sandhu

Rupinder Sandhu, PhD, is currently the Global Ecosystem Carbon Project Lead/Manager at Bayer Crop Science, where they address climate change, biodiversity loss, and food security challenges. With over eight years of project management experience, Rupinder has designed and implemented research studies, collected and analyzed agronomic data, and presented results to diverse audiences. They previously served as a research agronomist at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, where they received a Distinguished Graduate Assistant Fellowship Award and were recognized as an Outstanding Graduate Student Leader. Their work focuses on improving crop yields and sustainability through innovative agronomic practices and collaboration with various stakeholders.
