Ryan Avery is currently the Global Head of Segment for Processing at Bayer CropScience Vegetable Seeds, where they focus on enhancing customer experience and driving innovation in agriculture. With over a decade of experience at Bayer, Ryan has successfully led multiple product launches and technology pilots that have significantly improved customer profitability. Prior to their current role, they held various positions within Bayer, including Customer Operations Specialist and Seed Growth Project Manager. Ryan earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Missouri-Saint Louis and a Master's degree in International Business from Saint Louis University, where they fostered relationships through mentoring and collaboration in diverse environments.
