Ryan Barletta

Ryan Barletta has extensive experience in operations and production management, currently serving as the Operations & Engagement Lead at Bayer since August 2018, where responsibilities include partnering with leadership to enhance performance and collaboration within the CP Production organization. Previously, Ryan held positions such as Head of Formulation Plants and Production Area Lead, overseeing key operational functions in production, quality, maintenance, and safety. Before joining Bayer, Ryan worked at Monsanto Company in similar production roles and began a career in technical engineering at Halliburton. Ryan's leadership and management skills are further underscored by experience as President of Bama Hockey. Ryan holds an MBA in Finance from the University of New Orleans and a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from The University of Alabama.
