Ryan Farej, MS, currently serves as the Director of HEOR Modeling & Outcomes for Bayer US LLC, where they previously held positions including Manager of Research Portfolio Management and Associate Director of Research Strategy. They began their career with Bayer in 2015 as an intern in Health Economics and Outcomes Research, eventually progressing to a Senior Manager role in Data Generation and Observational Studies. Prior to joining Bayer, Ryan worked at Walgreens and Wesley Chapel Honda, gaining customer service and inventory management experience. Ryan earned a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from the University of Tampa and a Health Economics Certificate from the University of Washington, and they are currently pursuing a Master of Science at Rutgers University.
