Scott Probst

Scott Probst is an experienced professional with a lengthy tenure at Bayer, beginning in 1996. Currently serving as the Product Supply Product Lead for Cell and Gene Therapy Industrialization, Scott has held various leadership roles, including Director positions in Technical Development and Support and Process Technology Development within the Biotech sector. Throughout the career, responsibilities have included supervising teams of process engineers, managing large biopharmaceutical projects, and driving technology transfer and change management efforts. Notably, Scott played a key role as the Lead Process Engineer for the Kovaltry® project, overseeing significant investments and engineering activities. Scott holds a Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering from Carnegie Mellon University and a BS in Chemical Engineering from Penn State University.
