Serap Nahr is a Mechanical Engineer currently participating in the Emerging Talent Program at Bayer. With experience in diverse roles such as Project Manager and Process Engineer, Serap has demonstrated expertise in Capex project management and supply chain management. They have handled complex projects across various countries, including China, the US, Turkey, and Germany, showcasing strong analytical and communication skills. Serap holds dual Master’s degrees in Mechanical Engineering and Business Administration from RWTH Aachen University and a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Tsinghua University.
