Serdar Seçer has extensive experience in the pharmaceutical industry, working as a Sales Representative for GSK from 2008 to 2015 and then for Bayer HealthCare from 2015 to 2024, before serving as a regional manager at Bayer in 2024. Serdar pursued a Bachelor’s degree in Biology at Afyon Kocatepe University from 2001 to 2005 and is currently studying Philosophy at Anadolu University since 2016. Additionally, Serdar completed a 35-hour Basic Coaching Training program in 2018, focusing on coaching methodology.
