Sharon Cyr is the Director of Compliance Business Partner at Bayer, where they have developed and implemented comprehensive compliance policies, procedures, and training programs since 2006. With a strong background in healthcare compliance management, Sharon ensures adherence to various regulatory requirements and maintains robust communication with key stakeholders. Prior to their current role, they held several positions in Bayer HealthCare focused on accounting operations and disbursements. Sharon holds an MBA from the University of New Haven and a BS in Accounting from Central Connecticut State University.
