Sheila M. is a LATAM Project Manager currently leading two Research and Development sites at Bayer since 2023. With a rich background in management and a passion for science and human development, Sheila has previously served as a Supervisor of Projects at Monsanto Company and as an Administrative Assistant at Policard. Sheila holds a Bachelor's degree from UNOPAR and has completed several postgraduate programs, including an MBA from USP/Esalq and ongoing studies in Corporate Finance and Communication Technology at Faculdade Pitágoras.
