Sienna Xu is currently the Head of M&A for APAC at Bayer, a position they have held since 2021. Previously, they served as an Investment Banking Associate in the Financial Sponsors Group at HSBC from 2013 to 2021. Sienna began their career as a Summer Analyst at POTEN & PARTNERS in 2012. They earned a Master's Degree in Law and Finance from Queen Mary, University of London, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Economics, and Mathematics from Indiana University Bloomington. Sienna is also pursuing education at Stuart Hall School.
