Silke Janitza

Silke Janitza is currently the Statistical Innovation Lead at Bayer, where they oversee the implementation of advanced statistical methodologies in clinical trials and lead a team focused on data insights. Previously, they served as a Senior Statistician and contributed significantly to clinical study designs, statistical guidance documents, and FDA/EMA engagements. Silke holds a Dr. rer. nat. in Statistics and a Master's degree in Biostatistics, both from Ludwig-Maximilians Universität München, where they graduated with honors. Their professional background includes roles in various research and statistical capacities, where they emphasized the application of machine learning techniques and statistical methodologies.
