Simon Meelich

Simon Meelich currently serves as a Cyber Threat Hunter at Bayer since April 2022, where responsibilities include forensic analysis and leading the Cyber Threat Intelligence Team. Prior to this, Simon spent nearly 20 years at Henkel, culminating in the role of Senior Information Technology Manager, overseeing the CyberDefense Team with a focus on global incident response and awareness initiatives. Earlier positions at Henkel included Sr. System Engineer, providing support for various server environments and managing infrastructure migration, as well as System Engineer, specializing in network and client support. Simon holds a Master’s Degree in Information Security and Assurance, as well as a Bachelor of Science in IT Security, both from Western Governors University.
