Stacey Capriolo

Stacey Capriolo is an Associate Director of Learning Management Systems (LMS) at Bayer Pharmaceuticals, where they manage LMS content and administration for Field Sales across multiple therapeutic areas. With over 25 years of technical experience in the Life Sciences industry, Stacey is recognized as an LMS subject matter expert, successfully leading the migration to a global LMS platform and developing best practices for training. They hold an Associate's degree in Business Administration, Management, and Operations from Berkeley College. Prior to their current role, Stacey held various positions including LMS Manager and Sales Training Coordinator at Bayer, and legal assistant roles in multiple organizations.
