Stanislav Khoruzhenko

Stanislav Khoruzhenko is currently the Associate Director of Cell Therapy at Bayer, where they lead efforts in integrating AI and machine learning into analytical processes and developing innovative workflows for iPSC expansion. Previously, they served as a Scientist III at MaxCyte, Inc., specializing in cell therapy development and project leadership. Stanislav's academic journey includes a Postdoctoral Research Fellowship at The Johns Hopkins University, where they conducted pivotal research on memory CD4+ T cells and managed laboratory operations. With experience spanning over a decade in the life sciences, they have made significant contributions to both research and process optimization in cell therapy and biologics.
