Stef Auburger is currently the Business Enablement Lead for EMEA & Asia at Bayer, where a strong commitment to innovation and sustainability guides their work in HR. Previously, Stef served as an HR Business Partner for both the EMEA & Asia regions and for Benelux, focusing on talent management and employee engagement. Stef's professional journey includes a role as a Talent Acquisition Partner and participation in an innovative traineeship program at Yacht, which laid the groundwork for a successful career in human resources. Academically, Stef holds a Master of Science in Management with a specialization in Organizational Change & Development from Open Universiteit, and a Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management from Hogeschool Inholland.
