Stephen Parker is an accomplished leader in quality assurance and compliance within the pharmaceutical and consumer health sectors, currently serving as the Global Head of Quality for Consumer Health at Bayer since January 2024. Previously, Parker held significant roles at Reckitt as the Global Head of Quality for Health, overseeing a large team and extensive manufacturing networks. Parker's career also includes vice-presidential leadership in quality at Shionogi Europe and various directorial positions at Alexion Pharmaceuticals and Shire Pharmaceuticals, where responsibilities expanded across multiple global regions and compliance standards. Early career experiences at Roche involved managing critical GMP projects, contributing to system designs, and adhering to regulatory compliance. Parker holds an MA in Business Management from Middlesex University.
