Steve Gant is currently the Director of VSL Global Row Crops and Veg Manufacturing at Bayer, where they lead large operations and global projects with a focus on agriculture and community engagement. Previously, they held roles at Bayer as Director of Manufacturing for Western Corn Operations and various leadership positions at Monsanto Company, including Formulations Area Leader and Process Engineer. A veteran of the Army National Guard, they served as a soldier from 2001 to 2009. Steve earned a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from the University of Iowa and an MBA from The University of Iowa Tippie College of Business.
