Steven Halls

Steven Halls is the Head of Data Science Enablement at Bayer, where they currently lead a team of Cloud, Data, and ML-Ops engineers, Statisticians, and Data Scientists in building and maintaining digital ML and AI pipelines for various applications. With a PhD in Biochemistry from Washington State University, they have held previous positions such as Innovation Lead and Cloud Enablement Lead at Bayer, and have academic experience as a Faculty Member at The University of Texas at Austin and a Post Doctoral Fellow at Washington State University. Steven has a strong background in the Data Science, Agricultural, and Chemical industries, demonstrating expertise in strategic thinking, innovation development, and team collaboration.
