Sue Norris has over 35 years of experience in customer service and IT management within the agricultural sector. Currently serving as the Customer Service Excellence Lead and Customer Care Project Lead at Bayer Crop Science since August 2018, Sue has previously held the position of Customer Care Project Lead for Channel and Regional Brands at Monsanto Company from September 2010 to September 2019. Additionally, Sue was the IT Manager at NC+ Hybrids for 25 years, from May 1985 to September 2010.
