Sumana Biswas

Sumana Biswas, Ph.D., is an accomplished executive director specializing in regulatory affairs strategy, currently at Regeneron since 2025 and at Bayer Pharmaceuticals. With extensive experience in the pharmaceutical industry, they have held key roles at companies such as Acorda Therapeutics, Novartis, and Therakine, where they developed regulatory strategies and managed the approval of medical devices and drugs. Sumana has also served as a laboratory manager and research associate at the University of Louisville, contributing significantly to ophthalmic drug development and regulatory compliance. They earned a Ph.D. in Chemistry and Biochemistry from Dr. HS Gour University Sagar.
