Susan Guzzo

Susan Guzzo has extensive legal experience in the pharmaceutical industry, currently serving as Senior Corporate Counsel at Bayer HealthCare Pharmaceuticals, Inc. since 2005. In this role, Susan provides strategic and legal advice to senior management in oncology and cardio/pulmonary sectors, covering areas such as product development, approval, commercialization, marketing, and compliance. Prior to this position, Susan was Executive Counsel at Boehringer Ingelheim Pharmaceuticals from 1998 to 2005, where responsibilities included advising on product development, marketing activities, and global corporate restructuring. Susan holds a law degree from the University of Miami School of Law and completed undergraduate education at the University of Pittsburgh.
