Sydney Sandidge

Sydney Sandidge is a Senior Human Factors Engineer at Bayer, where they are focused on improving design and usability in product development. Previously, they held positions as a Human Factors Engineer and Associate Systems Engineer at the same company. Sydney has volunteered as an Assistant at Enduracare, restoring orthotics and assisting in prosthetics fabrication. They also possess extensive customer service experience from managing operations at Scoops On Beverly and have held various roles at The Ohio State University, including Resident Advisor and Undergraduate Teaching Assistant. Sydney earned a Bachelor of Science in Biological/Biosystems Engineering from The Ohio State University.
