Therese Andersen is currently the Radiopharmaceuticals Development Manager at Bayer, where they lead a technology development team focused on new targeted radiopharmaceuticals in early development and clinical trials. Prior to this role, they served as a Principal Scientist at PHARMAQ, contributing to therapeutics for the aquaculture industry, and managed substantial late-stage projects related to new pharmaceutical products. Therese also held the position of R&D Senior Scientist at FMC BioPolymer, where they oversaw development and commercialization projects for biocompatible polymers. They earned a PhD and an MSc in Biotechnology from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU).
