Thomas Dieckmann has extensive experience in supply chain planning and management, particularly within Bayer. Since October 2021, Thomas has served as the SC Planning Implementation Lead at Bayer. Prior to this role, Thomas worked at Bayer CropScience, where responsibilities included serving as the Global Governance Production Planning Detailed Scheduling from October 1999 to July 2019, and later as the Head of Supply Planning Excellence from July 2019 until March 2024. Thomas holds a degree in Electrical Engineering (Dipl.Ing.) from RWTH Aachen University, which was attained between 1981 and 1987.
