Thomas Rathjen is currently the Lab Head at Bayer, a position they have held since 2017. Previously, Thomas worked as a Postdoctoral Research Scientist at Novo Nordisk and the Max Delbrück Center from 2015 to 2017. Thomas began their career as a Lab Assistant at Aventis Pharmaceutical in 2003. They are pursuing a Doktor (Ph.D.) in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology at Freie Universität Berlin and have also completed a Diploma in Biochemistry from Universität Potsdam.
