Thomas Wanke

Thomas Wanke has extensive experience in engineering and maintenance services within the pharmaceutical and chemical industries. Since April 2012, Thomas has served as the Head of Technical & Maintenance Services at Bayer Pharmaceutical, overseeing technical operations across multiple Bayer sites. Previous roles include leadership positions in plant engineering and technology, focusing on power supply, solvent management, and infrastructure maintenance. Thomas's background also includes significant experience at Urenco Deutschland GmbH as Head of Operations Support, where Thomas led projects to enhance production capacity, and earlier positions at Crompton GmbH involving R&D and quality management. Thomas holds a Diplom-Ingenieur in Mechanical Engineering from Technische Hochschule Georg Agricola and has completed several technical certifications, including Chemotechniker.
