Tiera Baxter

Tiera Baxter is a professional with extensive experience in the agricultural and biotechnology sectors. Currently serving as a Seed Production Research Assistant at Bayer since September 2025, Tiera previously held the position of Research Associate at Yield10 Bioscience from January 2023 to October 2024. Prior experience includes roles as a Juncea Greenhouse Technician and Plant Pathology Technician at BASF from March 2016 to December 2022, as well as a Research Assistant at Agriculture and Agri-Food Canada from May 2013 to December 2015. Tiera holds a Bachelor's of Science degree in Biology from the University of Saskatchewan.
