Tim Schlueter is currently the Regional Agronomy Lead for the South/East Coast at Bayer Crop Science, a position they have held since 2019. Previously, Tim served as the Regional Agronomy Lead for Ohio and the East Coast at Monsanto from 2015 to 2019, where they coached Technical Agronomists and participated in the Regional Leadership Team. In 2012, Tim managed the Product Management staff for Monsanto’s soybean trait platform in Latin America, focusing on product strategy and technology delivery. Tim also led soybean pricing and genetics deployment efforts in the U.S. and was involved in launching key products, including Roundup Ready 2 Yield. They earned a Bachelor's degree in Soil Science and Agronomy from Purdue University from 1983 to 1987.
