Tom Lupo

Tom Lupo has over two decades of experience in quality assurance and management within the pharmaceutical industry. Currently, at Bayer since July 2008, Tom Lupo holds multiple leadership roles, including Head of Quality Management System: Design & Governance, Head of Quality Audits & Inspections, and Vice President of US Quality. Previously, Tom Lupo worked at Berlex Laboratories from June 2001 to June 2008, serving as Associate Director and Manager of Quality Assurance. Tom Lupo holds a BA in Literature and a BS in Chemistry from Montclair State University, along with an MBA in Pharmaceutical Studies from Fairleigh Dickinson University-Metropolitan Campus.
