Troy Griffin

Troy Griffin is an accomplished Information Security professional with extensive experience in leading regional security efforts at Bayer since August 2018 and previously at Monsanto Company from September 2001 to August 2018. At Bayer, Troy Griffin serves as the Asia Pacific Regional Information Security Officer, overseeing security processes and risk management across key markets including Singapore, India, and Australia, while also developing and implementing security awareness initiatives. Prior to this role, Troy Griffin held positions such as the Americas Regional Information Security Officer and the Cybersecurity and Risk Management Lead, emphasizing strategic IT direction and project management. With a solid background in project management, vendor negotiations, and team leadership, Troy Griffin has successfully managed numerous security projects, driving efficiency and effectiveness in information security practices. Troy Griffin holds a Bachelor of Arts degree with a double major in Biology and African and African American Studies from Washington University in St. Louis.
