Umesh leads strategic initiatives across more than 10 sites, focusing on cost reduction and process excellence while fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Umesh's previous roles include OE & Production Optimization Lead and Head of Production at Bayer CropScience, where significant cost savings and process enhancements were achieved. Umesh holds a Master’s degree from Gujarat University, a Green Belt in Lean Six Sigma, and a Post Graduate Program in Management from Welingkar Institute.
