Vanessa Keil

Vanessa Keil is currently the Head of HR & Communications at Bayer, where they have been leading HR initiatives since 2018. Prior to this role, they served as an HR Business Partner at Sanofi from 2014 to 2017 and were an HR Expert at Aventis Pharma Deutschland GmbH from 2005 to 2007. Vanessa's extensive education includes degrees in Office Communication and Foreign Language Correspondence from Aventis Pharma and a Betriebswirtin in Business Administration and Human Resource Management from the Verwaltungs- und Wirtschaftsakademie Frankfurt. Recently, they also contributed to the Covid-19 Crisis Team and took on roles such as the ad interim HR Site Head in Bitterfeld.
